Customer Responsibilities

Providing necessary access to the installation site

Ensuring existing electrical wiring is safe and suitable

GlowNest Energy will not be responsible for issues caused by unsafe or faulty pre-existing electrical systems.

Warranty Limitations

Product warranties are provided by the equipment manufacturers. Warranty coverage does not apply to damages caused by:

Lightning strikes

Power surges

Water damage

Physical damage

Improper usage

Unauthorized modifications

Limitation of Liability
